Laptops increasing temperature of processor

can any one over here tell me how to decrease the temperature of processor in ma compaq laptop...???
it increases upto 95 degree celsius....and shuts off automatically....do any one know any software 2 downclock d voltage....i av NHC-notebook hardware control but it cant detect d processor....please help.....:huh:
