Forum Feedback Info could be added to the 'Welcome to our forum' message

Just realised that various prerequisite reads like 'Template for purchasing advice posts' & other misc. info could be added to the 'Welcome to our forum' message every new member receives - just a thought. If it still doesn't help, we should probably start #ReadingStickiedThreadsChallenge.

(Didn't want to create a new thread just for this)
