Laptops installing xp on laptop without cd drive

my office laptop has no cd drive.. i want install xp on it as the installed one has too many admin security features enable on it.... i can use drivermax to backup all the needed drivers..... all i need is to have xp install

if anyone can point me to a guide online or better explain me, i would be greatful...

use a USB CD Drive or copy the i386 folder to u r d: drive using a win98 bootable floppy boot into dos. Start smartdrv or else the installation will take ages. Locate your i386 folder on d drive and type
winnt32.exe /noreboot /tempdrive: D:

P.S. Edit:- There is no space between : & D: if i write it 2gether this is what u get :D

and btw the D: drive is the location where u install files are located...........
