1st gen Arc is DOA. Nvidia will drop the 3060 price to compete with the A770 and the A770 will keep having driver issues for several years, not to say it is just rubbish with DX9 and DX11, making it poor for backward compatibility, disregarding all the architecture issues.

It will only sell with laptops shoved down people's throats.

Intel has kept most of its revenue by arm twisting partners, so they will keep doing that to sell Arc as a package. Enthusiasts will never buy it but I suppose they will move a lot of units as a package through their partners.
 

apparently, a750 looks like somewhat on par with 3060 on d12 and vulkan, its intel themselves posting this so take into account cherry picking or skewed stats, also they don't mention anything about non d12/vulkan titles
