What is your budget? A new 2600k is like 18-18.5k. If you buy a 2600k locally with 1-2 years warranty it will easily set you back 13-15k or so, shipped.

Ivy will be 20k+ for 3770k so that doesn't bother this pricing.

2500k second hand with Indian warranty will probably cost you around 9.5-10.5k as well.
 
I know. My budget is less than 15k so that's why I'm looking to get a second hand price. Otherwise I might get the 3570k instead
