If I go for this build I can get gfx
Amd 8150 12k
Any motherboard for say 7k
Gskill ram for 3.2k 8gb
Nzxt cabinet 2.3k
Gfx radon hd 6870
Or il have to use my old gfx
If I go with intel
I7 3770 19k
Gigsbyte motherboard for 7k z77p or something better for same price
Gskill 8gb ram
Nzxt cabinet
Old gfx
Ddr5 Asus eah5670 1gb gfx

Do not want to buy XYZ company product as I heard the after sales service in India is pathetic
I just need something with great performance and service

I have these two builds
If I go with bulldozer 8150 then I can get 6870 with rest money
Or I can go with i7 3770 and use my eah5670 ddr5 1gb
I just wanna know which build will give me better performsnce I don't know when I'm gonna buy a new gfx
So yes please do not suggest i5 and stuff
Help me with these two CPUs only
Video work will be done as well that's why I've chosen these two
Again suggest which build from the above two only
I won't overclock I just need to know which will give me better performance in games n applications like video editing
