Won't a 1650(even used) or even older 1050Ti would do a better job?
AV1 would be a game changer. Also 6GB vs 4GB VRAM makes a big difference.
How is the value perspective of this at 10k. Will it be compatible with H110 motherboard g4400
Don't spend money on it, better get 1650/1660 used with some remaining warranty from here or get a new card around 14-15k. Graphics card compatibility only depends on its driver availability for whatever OS you are using as long as your system has pcie 3.0 x16 slot which almost every motherboard has in last 5-6 years.
