PC Peripherals Internal or external TV Tuner Card?

I am planning to buy a TV Tuner Card, mainly to record few programs occasionally (TV is placed right next to the computer).

For this purpose, would it be a good idea to go for an internal TV Tuner Card or an external TV Tuner Box?

Also in case any one has any recommendations, then please let me know.

are you by any chance related to Ugesh Sarkar -the magician who hosts 3rd degree on star One.

coming to the topic ..try getting a good internal card . ive heard that Pinnacle cards are usually good..

avoid Intel crap and all :p

Recording can be done only thru Internal TV Tuner card.

there is the Happauge PVR-15o MCE or soemthing...highly recommended and costs around 1600

Yup thats me, planning to go to Nehru Place in couple of days, would surely check it out.
