OC & Modding international shipping customs?

Hi

EK WaterBlocks online store ships internationally. The shipping charge is ~13euro. Is there any extra charge by customs?
FYI I wanted to order a full cover block for my Sapphire HD5850.

If Item is marked as "Gift" then Customs should not be there for all items under Rs 10000

However, it entirely depends if the item is not siezed by Customs and can cause delays. Try to use "ShopandShip" service for the same.
