Internet Speed Suggestion for Streaming Games

Hey guys,

I moved to the USA after 12 years in India. I'm planning to start streaming my games full-time on Twitch. What internet speeds should I opt for? I'm currently taking a look at AT&T Fiber's 5mbps for $49.99 cause I read about it from Get Internet that it was a great choice for gaming. Is there anyone here who had any experience with AT&T? or something similar? Would this be enough for me to play with no lag and stream on Twitch? Or should I opt for the $60 a month with up to 100mbps of speed? Is there any other ISP that offers the same speed/performance for the same price range in Houston?? I'm only gonna be playing some Valorant and Rainbow Six Siege so low ping is a must. :) Thank you!

minimum 40 mbps is what I recomment. I think even 20 mbps will be good if you just want to start !

Thank you! I guess I'll go with anything near 40mbps if the price is right. :)
I personally use 40mbps for the same thing. Twitch will be somewhere around 6k to 7k bitrate. for youtube 9kk plays at 1440p. so you are safe on that zone. also if you are getting 20mbps up and down both then 20 mbps is more than enough. I have 40mbps down and 20 mbps up. so keep that in mind :angelic:
