I was looking for a thread on this too...the event wasn't anything special - i don't understand why someone would buy a ipad mini @ 300 though...

I was anticipating something very big from IPad side.But it was from app side which hits on MS office stomach and macbook air side ...Regarding old mini at 300...nexus 7 will break their bones unless fanboys are adamant to improve their margins.
 
yeah..today's presentation was underwhelming....just the usual 'x% faster and y% thinner..' $hite ..They sorely miss their salesman...
