Battery health is 90%, battery cycle count is 481, these values have been taken from the "last_value_MaximumCapacityPercent" and "last_value_CycleCount" variables respectively, from the analytics data.
The 2nd gen Apple Pencil seen in the pictures will also be part of the package, however it's to be considered a free bonus. My friend tells me that it's malfunctioning, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, so if it works for you, consider it a freebie. We have not considered it when pricing the iPad.
