Iphone 5 from U.K factory unlocked.

Hi Guys,

I am planing to get iphone 5 from UK as my sis is in U.K can you please help me with the following

1. Does the UK Unlocked iphone 5 (which is purchased at apple store) will works in INDIA ???

2. Does it carry's International warranty?

3. My sis contacted a retailer there he is offering iphone 5 factory unlocked 16 gb model at a price of 23000 Inr. I have a little doubt that how it can be soo cheap as U.k Iphone store providing it for around 37000 inr factory unlocked..??
