iphone for 350$, can it be true?

I guy who is in my yahoo IM friends list form about a years told me that he is selling iphone 4G for 350$.

Can this be true? Should I give a try to this, He is ok if I return the phone back, but the thing is he is in delhi and I am in Pune so It will cost me some money in reshipping.

Definitely a fake chinese ifonehyeah:, 350$ is like half the price of iphone4.Forget reshipping and refund that fellow wont even pick up your call after you open your ifone box.

1) Could be a stolen piece - buying a second hand mobile phone without bill is always risky. My mom's mobile got stolen - we were able to recover it by tracking the IMEI.

2) Like all others mentioned - could be fake.

3) Somebody from US might have taken it on contract and then broken the contract without having to pay a penalty (by citing some valid reasons). But even then why would he/she sell it at such a low price anyways.

On the whole - sounds extremely fishy.

most basically why dont you ask for pics and details with identifier so he doesent put some random pics off the net, quite simple to achieve rather than troubling someone to go n meet him
