iPhone prices in Bombay

Can anyone tell me what the current pricing for the 4GB and 8GB versions in Bombay are?? In Pune, they currently retail at around 22-23k for the 4GB version and around 30k plus for the 8GB version. Thanks.

35k for iphone 8gb last i checked for unlocked version. around 3 weeks back.

No time to order it from the US. It's a gift, so will need to pick it up by this weekend. Anyone got the current pricing?? If it's still 30k plus in Bombay, then it would make more sense for me to pick it up here in Pune itself.

Man a friend of mine sold a 8GB iphone for 16k in Gaffar after he was being told by them that it cannot be unlocked, that bloody guy didnt call me to check on it, after selling it very proudly said, that he sold it for 16k.

I got mine from US for 12k, when apple cut prices and discontinued 4GB.

No, I bought 4Gb one... since it was available only till stock lasted, made my cousin run around in US to find whichever apple store he could.

4GB at $299 (approx. 12k) was a steal deal.. especially when you see how dealers are ripping off people here in India.

I know a guy who paid 37k for 8gig in mumbai, and even that wasn't unlocked...

Currently using it only as an iPod and browsing over wifi... what a **** !!

That's plain dumb!! Fortunately, the one I've picked up is unlocked. If it were still locked, it wouldn't really make all that great a gift!!
