my dad's Iphone 3gs went bust after some charging malfunction and was told that IC chip is done for..
seems its almost 6k to get it replaced by Apple!!
is there any online sites where we can get the replacement for cheaper rates!!
 
Why dont you take it to your local repair shop and get it done there only... I am not sure but there wont be many stores online that will sell iphone parts online....

Say you get the part... are u planning to do the change yourself??? if not then you will take it to the local store to get it replaced then why not take it there first and see how much it will cost???
 
id say get it done by apple if you want genuinity, if not go to a local repair waala, and if u really really really want spares, then Dealextreme will help you, but net to net you have to pay the service guy to replace and yup Dealextreme shipping times count as well
