Forum Feedback is it possible to show when the thread was started?

as TE is getting more and more members the traffic is getting started to clutter the board.

sometimes what happens somebody new or someone back from away period or some one on a legal spamming spree it shows a lot of new posts after search.

it becomes painfull to look for a new post while looking for a new thread it turns out to be an old thread.

it would be nicer if the thread starting date can be accomodated in forums.

hope to see some headway here.

I'm no expert but I don't think so. I've been into many a forum & haven't seen which has the date function searchable yet. In the future maybe

You can't choose exact date but atleast 1/2/3 days and 1/2/3 weeks kind of..

hi medpal, can create a code to do that.

tell me in slight detail what exactly you want. i got a little idea but not exact.

You want a new post like functionality which would list new threads only after cut off date? something like that?

^ Nope, he wants date creation thread in New posts along with last post time.

or instead of last post time can we have date created time in New posts.

^ I second That, The Last Post Time Feature is very very Important ! And wat Medpal is Saying is also Important ! Is it not possible that one more columm is made next to the last post time which shows when the Thread was made ? or better we can have the Thread made Date below the topic of the Thread !

EDIT : Wat I am Tryin to say is This :

Cant we Have the Date on which The Thread was made in the marked space ! Either make a seprate columm or Just show it below The topic of the Thread along with the Thread posters name !

i do not want last post created to be removed but where i have put red text in this screenshot or somewhere else if the thread starting date can be incorporated.

because if we gon clinking on every new thread its time consuming as well as bandwidth in this starved country
