Storage Solutions Is it safe to bring ps3 game blu ray disks and other dvds via flight?

I don't think X-ray scanners will damage these ps3 games but what about metal detectors ?? Will they harm these disks in any way??
 
Blue Ray is an optical media, why would you think X-Rays or any other form of electromagnetic waves will damage them. The only way to render them useless is to cause so much physical damage that it becomes unreadable. Also how do you think PS3 games are brought here to our country to be sold? :P
