Is it worth Buying iPhone4 Fac unlock w/o warranty

Need to buy a iPhone4 for my daughter, her birthday.
I Have to buy on 3/6EMI
only offers are Factory Unlocked iPhone4 sealed pack with international warranty on ebay in
(But not applicable in India ?? )
Need guidance -what are the pit falls ? She lives in Delhi
iPhone users who have taken Factory Unlocked phones like this PLEASE ADVISE !!

Pls Dont get yourself lured for that. I know how and ways of how ripping is done specially in iphones. You will never come to know the piece you are holding is actually fresh or used b4, reset done and packed again. It could be factory unlocked, but used.

If you really want factory unlocked without Indian warranty, price should be 27k around. But dont buy it unless you see it and the box gets opened in front of your eyes. I sent you a pm, can call me and will be happy to guide you with what i know.

I second that. I am suffering buying w/o warranty from ebay. Currently my case is filed under ebay guarantee and its really become messy..
