Is there any phone with all of these features to be used as a secondary phone?

I’m looking for a secondary phone(currently using iPhone 13) with all features like IR Blaster, indisplay fingerprint sensor, fast charging, call recording without announcement. Is there any such phone? Please let me know
 
The IR blaster seems to have gone away with the major brands. These days its only the Chinese ones offering it.

Call recording without announcement is more function of which country you're in. India presently does not place any restrictions so if you get a phone with an indian rom then call recording should work without announcement.

I wonder what the difference between the F, X & M series for Poco is. Anyone ?
