is this ebay deal reliable?

First of all thanks to TE for helping me decide on my first laptop.
i have decided on buying a macbook pro 13'.
Found a good deal in ebay.in, wanted to know whether it is reliable. Also this is the first time i will be buying something pricey from ebay.

Looks reliable to me, as Seller is a Power Seller with over 97% positive feedback for over 5000 orders.

I have bought Macbook from this dealer. No issues, but he took a very long time to ship my laptop (it took around 10 days for the laptop to reach me from the day I had ordered). Claimed that stock had not come from Hong Kong. Apart from that no issues.

Picked a MBP 13 from him reliable dealer but takes about a month to deliver.
