Is this how telemarketers are getting past TRAI?

Apparently registering our number on the DND list for a full block will not be enough now. :mad:

Can we complain to TRAI about these people?

That's right. TRAI has already said, if you use any number for marketing which is not registered for the same, the number will be blocked.
 
I have registered for DND and although i stopped getting calls from 1409 numbers, i still get calls from random mobile numbers for loans and credit cards. I now put all these new numbers in my spam list and i actually pick them up to do timepass with them.

As in ? Some sort of call black list ?
If yes then i too had installed a blacklist app from cydia on my iPhone and it did work absolutely fine. But after the calls stopped, i removed that app now.
 
for those pesky messages, Google play has an App to report the same![DOUBLEPOST=1368895535][/DOUBLEPOST]If your registered for DND and still receive those unwanted call and messages you can report them by the following

Code: 
COMP TEL NO XXXXXXXXXX, dd/mm/yy, Time hh:mm
Where X=Telephone Number; and send it to 1909.

At times this has not worked well as it replies back with a message "Your request cannot be processed"; but i dont know why!
