Security Software Is "trojan.agent.ATV in" harmful ?

i want to install MEGADOWNLOAD MANAGER as i'll be given the prevelige of a premium user between 2:30pm - 4:30 pm IST on megaupload.com
But when i run the setup my QH anti virus detects trojan and says repaired.Then when i try to continue it gives the message as seen in the pic.
Without the mega-manager i cannot utilise the precious 2 hours :(

any trojan is harmful for ur PC !!

do not install...

check out rockfella`s chrome browser thread to understand what a simple looking trojan can do to ur pc !
