Hi guys,
In August , one of my friend bought an IPAD charger (USB+adapter) from a legit apple store which is in andheri for 3k,
suddenly the charger has stopped working.so yesterday she went to the shop to inform them about the issue and seek help.however they are saying that this is not a legit apple charger, this is a copy.
and the reason they gave is that , the charger has some number printed on it and its length is also short which is not a characteristic of an apple charger.
My friend has the bill and also the service center is in the same building.
how shall one tackle such situation ?
