Forum Feedback iTrader rating not added

I received a positive rating last week.It shows up in the trader profile. But somehow it's not getting added to my overall Feedback rating...
What happened?

^ if you have traded with tthat person before and you have a previous itrader rating from that person. it wont add up in the overall total. if you trade with a new person then it adds up in the overall total

but i've traded with a same person before and got the rating added to the overall

iTrader rating is based on the number of individuals rating you, not the number of ratings received. So if 1 person rates you 10 times, your iTrader rating still stays at 1.

I checked your itrader profile and I find 16 ratings from 15 different persons, one of whom had rated you twice for different deals. That makes it right, isn't it..?

But the rating i'm referring to is from a new person.....the second rating from another member was added before itself....
