Jawbone Era Service center in Mumbai??

I recently bought a new Jawbone Era. I charged it & made a couple of test calls. Used for total of 5 mins. Then I read the manual which stated that I should visit mytalk.jawbone.com for various apps. I visited myTalk & downloaded Jawbone updater sw. Then I plugged in my Era & the Jawbone updater started updating the sw on Era. But after abt 40% update, it gave an error message " update failed. Pl try again by reattaching the Era to USB port".I reattached but the Era is dead. No lights. I tried Soft Reset (Press Talk key & attach to Charger) & hard reset (Press Talk 6 time) but Era remains dead.


So I am told that if SW upgrade is done fully, Era will be OK.
So Pl help me with this sw upgrade or guid eme to any Jawbone service center in Mumbai. I couldnt find one through Jawbone But we have 'Jugaad' so I am sure there must be someone who can do it for me :)


Lastly, if you have a soln which I can try myself to bring my Era to life, Pl do share.
