Hello people
I want to change my job profile and rather desperate for the same since some time now.
I have 12 yrs of IT support exp. and now done with technical stuff and forcefully keeping upgrading every now and then on technical certifications. Drained out as this is a never ending phenomena.
Also, done working in shifts and all, have already affected my health and family/work balance.
I manage teams pretty comfortably and indirectly have been doing that since past 2 jobs except its not on paper.
I now seek a role of Team lead or Manager. I look forward to a bit peaceful life further where I can retire in one company without juggling anymore.
I'm not getting what more parameters to change on job portals as I only keep getting calls for the usual system admin, analyst, sme etc. roles.
Never got calls for any lead positions.
Need your inputs and suggestions as to where can this be improved.
Existing leads/manager people can help.
