Seeing these I'd recommend sleeping dogs, just cause, Hogwarts legacy (if you like fantasy settings), crysis, assassin's creed. Most of these would keep you busy for days...far cry, gta, withcher. Cyberpunk and RDR2

I tried elden ring but its too hard for meif you want to explore the elden ring hype for yourself, vaatividya has a "elden ring guide" playlist on youtube which is perfect for beginners. Includes gameplay basics as well as specific builds if you want to play on "easy" mode
Try changing your build. Go for a magic or faith based build, use ranged attacks. I'm told Elden Ring can be a quite peaceful game based on how you spec out you're characterI tried elden ring but its too hard for me

@sabino One game I can recommend in a heartbeat is the follow-up to limbo by playdead studios - "Inside". It's an IGN 10/10. Check it out.
