K750i with cybershot possible

Is it possible to mod the K750i and get the Cybershot feature available in the K550i which imo looks fugly (the only reason i didn't buiy it)

also what are the advantages of having cybershot
 
I'm not too sure about this whole cybershot hype. The only decent cybershot cams I saw in phones was in 3.2mp class phones (K790/800, K810).

IMO, in 2.0mp class K750i still have the best cam than any other 2.0mp cam phones (SE or other). My friend has K550i, and after using the phone for few days he agrees that K750i has better cam than this cybershot 2.0mp in K550i.

So my suggestion would be to stick with your K750i's cam. :)
 
I think with the cybershot you get features like 10 shots in a row and then you keep whicever you feel like, then there was something like 3 shots, one before the click, one at click, and one after click, you again can choose to keep one or all...i used to own the k790i and i think cybershot is not about the picture quality but more about the extra features of photography. Ofcourse K790i was the best in picture quality, and i really miss it, dropped in a pool... :( and then tried to start it straightaway...
 
I think those features are related to camera firmware... not really sure if it can be done. But I think there are couple of sites (forums) dedicated to SE modding, so little googling might help.
 
Cybershot branding is only a hype to sell the K550i as a successor to the K750i..but it is far from being one....the cam is no match for the K750i...

U can say tht the K790i/k810 are worthy of the cybershot branding, but the k550i/w610 simply do not deserve tht tag...its just a marketing hype..
