Indian mobile manufacturer Karbonn Mobiles has recently launched another budget dual-SIM Android smartphone dubbed Smart A2 which is priced under Rs 5000.
The Karbonn Smart A2 sports a 4 inch display with 800x480 WVGA resolution and it is powered by 1GHz processor.
However, it still runs outdated Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It has 256MB of RAM and 202MB internal storage expandable through microSD card slot.
It has 3MP rear camera and a front VGA camera as well for video chat.
The battery is also quite big with 1750mAH capacity claiming battery backup up to 5 days of stand-by. It has no 3G or GPS and only Wi-FI, EDGE , Bluetooth connectivity is available.
This makes it one of the best VFM phone under 5k if you are looking for big screen with good resolution and/or front camera, since most phones with bigger displays have lower resolution ( HVGA) in this segment and do not have front camera.
