Karbonn has just launched their second quad core android powered smartphone. Introducing the new Karbonn Titanium S5. Packing a 1.2 GHz Mediatek quad core chipset along with a some what disappointing 5.0 inch qHD (960 x 540) display, the Karbonn Titanium S5 is less impressive than the name sounds.

Packing features that are near identical to the Micromax Canvas HD (read, competitor), the Karbonn Titanium S5 loses out with it's lower resolution 5 inch qHD (960 x 540) pixels display. Hence, the Karbonn Titanium S5 ends up with a display with a much lesser ppi (pixels per inch, pixel density) compared to the Canvas HD, which costs only Rs. 2,000 more.
