I gave my micro SD card to Accel frontline on 14th March...
It's been 5 weeks since..online status shows "waiting for allocation-escalted items"...escalation crap...
I call daily for an status update, they daily make silly reasons(a new one daily). They laugh chat and muster and put me on hold(I can hear them).
I escalated the matter to above levels of Accel frontline, but where ever I call they give me a new number to talk on that...After 6 th time I got to a number and then that guy is not picking up calls....
I am fed up of these guys now. Have even mailed Kingston India sales (don't remember the actual department)...No reply yet...
I am using Kingston storage for almost 9 years now.
And after this data loss and so much problems on warranty I am thinking to switch to a local brand...
Does anyone have any suggestions what I should do?...
