As 2 weeks have come to an end I am demanding refund for the amount paid to you.
Amount paid:Rs4500
Paid on:23rd June 2010
Prodcut:WD media player Live
Promised Delivery:First week of July:@:@:@

Demand:give refund or face legal course
 
Nash I understand your frustration, but importing stuff comes with its own timelines and issues. i hope you are directly in touch with KMD over phone and that you are receiving updates from him. If not, then I agree this is an issue.

if importing is so troublesome how does ICC deliver in a week?

see buddy I have been waiting for close to 2 months and he has violated his time frame twice.As for getting in touch with him I don't see any mention of that from Mods.

alll you KMD fans please stay out of here.
 
I had one bad experience with KMD, where he tld me he had certain things in stock and sent me some of it and didnt send the rest. I was more frustrated by the fact that there was no way to get in touch with him, specially since my deal with him was a small one. Anyway after that I could not deal with him anymore and that was the end of it.

My main issue is communication, f things take time, thats alright with me, but please keep me updated, and thats the golden rule for any business and he broke that.

Does this thread have mods approval? I mean is this a Official Refund thread or just another Love/Hate thread which will run into the ground in a day or two?
I dont see a point of doing this unless some Mod/KMD can confirm that he is unable to deliver the goods. Even i have a Monoprice order pending with him but ranting wont solve the Issue as we dont have contact details in the end.
