Lan Connection thru Hub from Dc++

i m a Hathway user in Goregaon (West). does any1 know any dc++ hubs set up in Goregaon or till Andheri or till Borivali.

One of my friend is having this sify connection with the hub and can download the data from dc++.

i think there are no DC++ hub for hathway in mumbai.

There used to be DC++ hubs before in Malad and Borivali i beleive but now they have stopped it
