Lapcare direct buy experience

Did anyone here ever buy anything directly from Lapcare ? If yes, then how was your experience in terms of:
1. Ease of Payment
2. Order Processing
3. Delivery timeline
4. After Sale support, if needed

I'm looking to buy a 180W Laptop charger from Lapcare to power my TPA3255 DIY amp.
 
Yes, I had bought a 65w laptop charger for a HP old laptop a year back and is working good as of now. Got the delivery in less than week's time. However I had chosen COD. Packing was good and it arrived in 3 to 4 days time. I did not find this charger in Amazon or flipkart so bought it directly from them. Most lapcare chargers are available in Amazon and will prefer buying through Amazon than directly with lapcare.
 
The one I'm looking for isn't available on Amazon thus opting to get it from Lapcare. While it costs less than 2000, to get COD, have to fluff up the order.
