Laptop Notification Display

Does anybody know where I can get the notifications display for a Dell Inspiron 1545, I'm talking about those animations which come up when you increase the brightness, volume, etc.

Did you check the Dell support site for drivers and software?

I've installed all the drivers, except some of the applications. I hoped someone here could point to the correct application.
