I am planning to buy a new laptop.... Well, I need it to run solidworks, photoshop etc...
so preferably wit a graphics card...
my budget is 35000 INR.... can u suggest..?

This shop is at Lamington Road, nearby Grant Road Station in Mumbai :)

Lamington Road is very famous for shops selling computers, etc., and I roamed quite a lot before ending up at PrimeABGB, which had the BEST PRICE for this laptop. Many shops quote a price of 37 to 37.5k for this same laptop.

Anyways, now that you know the price, see if you can get this same laptop at that price in your area :)

you will get same dell laptop from Lamington Road....

IMO wait for dell sandy bridge inspiron series...wait for 3 or 4 days. you will get new powerful models with new cpu & 6series ati gfx...also you can reduce power consumption ....
 
Sandy Bridge wont make it to Inspiron so soon, but if it does, good.

if it doesn't, then get the Inpiron 14R, as it has the HD5650 1GB GPU, coupled with the rest of Inspiron 15R's specs for 37k is a sweet deal.

Errr.... HP DV6 and DV7 in the US are carrying HD 6370, HD6470, HD6490, HD6550, HD6750 and HD6770 GPU's.

There are couple of Acer and Asus already out with HD6550. Even apple has HD6490 and HD6770 in the 15" models.
