Laptops Laptop processor queries

Hi,

Need to order a laptop from the US. Don't understand much about latest processors.

Need to know if Intel core 2 duo T5750/T5800 is better than AMD Turion 64 X2 (Coz if i take the AMD i get a 17" screen in the same price as an intel c2d pc with 15" screen). Again in AMD there two technologies... RL 60 and RM 70.

Which ones are good? Is there a huge diff between all those mentioned above?

Laptop will be used for MS Office, Internet, simple accounting software and Music. I just want it to last 4 yrs. Usage will be for same purpose.

The T5750/5800 are much better than the Turions but then given your demands the AMD Turion could do the job with ease.

A 17incher'd turn out to be bulky as well so take your pick wisely.

If you travel a lot, consider the 15incher. :)

PS: Why US btw?? Dont jump into warranty problems later on unless you're opting for International warranty along with it.
