Laptops Laptop restarting

Hi everybody,
My Toshiba 10q laptop has started restarting I cleaned the exhaust fan after opening the unit but still the problem is not gone.It doesn't seem to be overheating but still restarts after around 10 min of usage. Could there be a os problem ??

Is that to be done from bios ?? How do I do it

Tried to start in safe mode and worked without restart for an hour..can't run the fan/temp utility in normal mode since it restarts and the utility doesn't run in safe mode..what next please help.
I suspect an os problem
Should I let it run in safe mode for few hours to be sure ??
