Laptop under 23k, pls

What's your Budget? 20k to 23 k
What will be your primary usage for the notebook be? Surfing, Playing movies onto a large screen ( lcd), music.
What size and weight considerations do you have? Looking out to replace a desktop, but yes should not be too clunky)
Any brand that you prefer, or any brand that you detest? No real preferences but certainly want a good build quality
Any other considerations? A long battery life would certainly be an asset, it should be reasonably fast, and have one of the best screen

i think I have asked too much for a 23 laptop !;)

My local comp store was recommending these 2 models :-
1. Asus X54H- SX 136D

@ Dark Angel thanks, any more of the comparisons to this particular model , so that i can have a choice. If not then the Asus it is :)
 
Samsung NP300E5Z-A01IN is best i think, with Anti Glare display(non-glossy)

reasonable price good config. 2GB DDR3, 500GB Samsung HDD with 100MBps speed

RAM u can purchase separately 4GB 1333 DDR3 Kingston @ 1200/- only, use Dual Channel configuartion.

I purchased NP300E5Z-A01IN at Ritchie street (22000/- with free Bag & Mouse)

Very Happy with performance, Display is brighter than HP DV6 & Dell laptops i have seen.
