PC Peripherals latest amd configuration

guys i am planning to upgrade my pc

i have this in my mind

processor: AMD athlon 5400+

Motherboard: gigabyte

ram:3 gb ddr2

tell whether is it a good configuration or not and suggest if there are any better

(no intel)

and also suggest about the cabinet and graphic card

and if any one knows the correct(lowest)rates of the above products at CTC hyderabad please post
