Truly a awesome rig mate......

Is it me or are all the new rigs in TE monsters with 16k GPUs, 24inchers and ....:p

Gurpartap - Thank you sir.

Arun.P - Nope, i bought it from SMC, fans from US

ronnie - Just the paint job and side panel mod is left and a custom cooler.

had bought the 24" five or 6 months back. GPU was for 12K :p

Congratulations!! Finally its up and running.

Hey, you forgot to mention the very first component you bought for your rig! ;)

CONGRAJULATIONS..........

thats all neat stuff.........

so 4870 for 12k frm. where ?

so with those fans & sinic edition 4870 ........how are temps. of 4870 like ?
@Arun.P
NO it's new cabby .......don't you see that FUNKY's(Shripad) cabby is modded one......with a transperent side panel .......also i think it does not have that fan on front .

Congrats bro.. Good to see its finally its up and running.. :D

This rig should last you a while.

Pics're blurry; not worth the show off. :p

Renegade - yeah, yeah the first component was the monitor itself, got it in May.

Naga - Thanks!! sorry about the pics, bad cellphone :p

Sudarshan - 4870 from Singapore, guess i told you earlier too.

Gunman - Thanks,

Here is a screenshot of the temps taken over a duration of 10 minutes (idle, playing HD, need for speed most wanted - highest settings)

A question here - why is there variance of temperatures in the 2 cores?? Is it normal??

:) :) congo..Another TE guy gets his deadly rig ready...Haveloads of fun...
And yes the variance in temp in both the cores is normal...

thanks sunny,mykey & thebanik

mykey - sunnyboi has a thing for high powered turbines, i prefer something more mannered :p

actually i was looking for something silent and stylish at the same time, so i was left with scythe & xigmatek

xigmatek was cheaper and had more of the oomph factor, my client for US got it for me :)

btw, no one mentioned my cable management?? hello, this is the first time i have assembled a PC after a pentium 4!!! and this b33ch took lots of time, specially with those fat a** cables!!
