Monitors LCD for a friend

My friend wants to buy a 20 inch lcd monitor. Plz suggest a good one and also its price.Also suggest where can he get them from?? He needs it for gaming and watching movies.
He doesn't mind spending more to get a 24 inch lcd.But he's worried that he won't be able to play all the latest games at ultra-high settings and so he's looking for a 20 inch.He is currently using a x1900xtx graphics card he purchased from america.

So the question is can he play all latest and upcoming games at high settings if he uses a 24 inch monitor??? If so what's the best 24 inch monitor available in india and how much does it cost????
 
Best 24 inch LCD monitor, in India is the Dell... Its for like 40,000.

a 24" is seriously not worth the price and your friend is right, he wont be able to play the latest games at the ultra high settings. A 20.1" Widescreen monitor is the best option, the Dell 2005 FPW is an excellent choice. Expect it to be like 35-40k though.
