Monitors LCD Monitor or LCD TV ?

just starting thread to know which is better option to go with......

LCD monitor 19"/ 22" / 24"
or
LCD TV 19" / 26"

well, i would suggest you go for the LG 20" LCD TV... i have used it and its great...

Its got DVI,D-sub, as well as component connectivity. Its screen is great, and the speakers are amazingly loud....

depends on what you want it for. if you are willing to play around with it , or WANT to play around with it , like i do , a monitor is better , but if its for an easy to use solution that JUST works , then the TV is better

TV, if only because you can watch TV on it without needing to hook up through some sort of tuner.

Monitor will be preferred if you are going to browse internet and read document. but since you've mentioned gaming and movies and for console, go with lcd tv
