Monitors LCD TV Burn In (Image Persistence)

Hi all,

I have been watching a 4:3 aspect ratio TV series for some days at a stretch. Due to this there is a vertical line on the side of my TV which I use as my monitor.

Now I know that this is temporary for LCD's and a good way to get rid of it is by exercising the pixels. Can someone point me towards an application for windows designed for this?

kept the monitor switched off for about 7 hours. The problem has diminished by around 50%.

Hoping this will fade further with time.
