Monitors LCD Vs LED , Which causes less eye strain

I was thinking of switching to LED monitor thinking it would probably cause less eye strain than the cfl backlit LCD that i am currently using, after googling i found out that LED may cause even more eye strain , please share your experiences with both types of monitors & eye strain.
