Graphic Cards Leadtek 7900GS

Hi ppl.I just ordered a Leadtek 7900GS as against the XFX one due to the high price differenceIs there a website or links that show the performace charts for these two models.Do u guys think there will be a considerable diff in performance between the 2 brands???
 
There is no difference in performance between brands unless the cards are overclocked out of the box beyond nvidia specs. If you read that worthless gpu guide, don't believe anything written in it.
 
I am paying 12.5K for 256MB XFX 7900GS......

Will get my piece today or max by tomo.

I guess...i got it for lil costier price..
 
Ya i know that....... but still..!! i mean.....i wont overclock that much...

I had options in BIG and XFX; the former @11.5K and later @12.5 and i hav heard lotsa bad reviews of BIG...so i went wid XFX....

Well , there is .. XFX generally have very tight latencies for the RAM used , compared to ,say, Leadtek ... so the scores are slightly better .. Thus , the increase in scores with a same amount of OC will also be higher ..
 
I read that xfx cards generally use Hynix RAM which apparently OC's pretty well comp. to others.I dont intend to OC the card,atleast not yet.Lemme c how it does once i get ma hands on it.Shud b here tomorrow.
BTW is there a website that shows comparision charts b/w a leadtek 7900GS and an xfx 7900GS card??

E6600 on a MSI P965 Neo F :S Its a pity to use that board for processor. Why dont you go for a better board like Gigabyte P965-DS3 or Asus P5B Dlx.
 
^^yeah man..same question..i wonder when u r spending so much on the processor, why not get a better mobo like the Asus P5B dlx..??

As for the cards, the leadtek 7900GS though cheaper than the XFX is a safer choice than say, BIG which is also available for the same price as the leadtek..dont worry, if u do not oc, u wudnt see any (visible)difference in performance...though i have to agree tht the XFX cards oc better..:)

You are talking as if Leadtek is some local cheapo brand lol. Leadtek has been there when XFX didnt even exist,its the only company who makes the maximum no. of workstation cards based on Nvidia chipset. ;)
