where to get led lights like this shown?

I thought the thread was about the LED bulbs and lights in our homes which seem to be advertising a lot for going green and all. Wonder if they are as good as they advertise and justify the cost they command.
 
^^ those LEDs on eBay are not the same as the ones shown in the first post.
LEDs in the first post are meant to used as small indicator lights in electronics, while the eBay ones are meant for proper illumination.
 
How do you guys drive the led lights?

I have one of those 42led rechargeable emergency lights you get on Ebay. The circuit inside went bad long time back. The back of the light says power1.2w, current 0.15A.
I want to make this into permanent light by attaching a led driver. Trouble is I don't know what rating to use. Should I get a 1w driver or a 2w driver. Also how to find out milli amps consumed by these 42 leds?
I saw there was a resistor inside and its rating was 200ohms.
