• Description if any: Have 2 units, almost in new condition (please refer to photos and ss). Purchased from a local computer wholesaler on an impulse. Has not been put to use since.

If I am not mistaken, this has a pcie slot just below the HDD cage so one can use a riser to install a NIC card. You may need to let go of usage of the HDD space though.
But better to check in the Lenovo forums once.

Think he means M920q. To answer his query, here and check in Olx. You can also try directly from Lenovo but that would be pricey. These are mostly primarily business oriented H/W which get picked up by resellers if the business winds down and then get resold at a profit. So you can also check at your local computer H/W resellers.
Also try online resellers like Oldlappy
