Budget 15-20K Lenovo P780 or LG L9 (Cant find P780 in Hyderabad stores)

Hi,
I have shortlisted Lenovo P780 and LG L9 and inclined towards P780 but couldnt find a store in Hyderabad (in Lenovo stores IMO it is 19K+). I would appreciate if someone could help me in finding 1 store offering the same. Further:
How Lg L9 stands in performance with P780 (not battery but performance.. lot of difference or more or less same)
How Lg L7 stands in performance with Lg L7 (lot of difference or more or less same only screen size difference?)

I have seen in this forum that people have bought P780 for 17k from local stores almost 3 months back. So hoping I ll get at 16K+
